Program description. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from us, or from the business you contacted, relating to your inquiry, appointments, service follow-up, and feedback requests.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and your appointment schedule.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of, or an authorized user for, the mobile number provided.
Calls to numbers we operate may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and service delivery. By continuing a call after any recording notice, you consent to that recording.
You agree not to use our website or services to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the services.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Adept Digital Media LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated response will be accurate or complete in every case. Telephony and messaging depend on third-party carriers and platforms outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adept Digital Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
